  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., pet beds used, grooming products opened).

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items
